The Making Of Psi Cops
Building on our legacy of adult animation, Wind Sun Sky teamed up with OddFellow’s lab and Skybound Entertainment to develop and produce this innovative adult comedy- the first ever adult animated show commissioned by Corus Entertainment. At Wind Sun Sky embraces new creative challenges and styles, that’s why we teamed up with creators Bart and Chris to develop a tailored workflow and pipeline to bring their vision to life.
A key innovation in our process was the integration of Daz3d into our animation pipeline. This allowed us to depart from traditional design methods, which often entail starting from scratch. Through harnessing Daz3d’s character creation and background tools, we streamlined the design process and created an original aesthetic. “Psi Cops” is arguably the first traditional broadcast series to fully incorporate Daz3D into its pipeline, bringing efficiency, innovation, and a unique look to the series, setting it apart in the animation landscape.
