ELIN ANDERSON

SUPERVISING PRODUCER

Elin’s background in multiple formats from live action to animation and games makes her a great fit for Wind Sun Sky.  A local to Vancouver with over 15 years of experience in large-scale production management, her interests in film and animation began at Simon Fraser University when she realized how much she enjoyed analyzing art history and the influence it had on pop culture in all entertainment mediums.

Since then, Elin has been at the forefront of high-profile projects such as Electronic Art’s Need for Speed franchise and the animated series Dinotrux, an original DreamWorks Animation property for Netflix. One of her biggest moments of pride was being a part of the production team for the Canadian feature film Everything’s Gone Green written by Douglas Copeland, a Canadian novelist and artist she admires dearly.

As a company leader she takes an umbrella view of an entire project, and relishes the privilege of working with our artists and crew to optimize their talents in order to challenge themselves to grow. By nature, she is a “crazy organized” human being, and when she is not working, she’s probably decorating cakes.
